A new report just dropped, highlighting the jobs expected to be most in demand in 2025. Resume Genius crunched the numbers, using data from the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). They looked at job openings, growth, and salaries to pinpoint the hottest fields.

The BLS estimates a whopping 19 million job openings each year between now and 2033. That’s a lot of opportunity!

    What Makes a Job “In-Demand”?

Resume Genius didn’t just pick names out of a hat. They used a smart system, giving weight to:

    • Job Openings (50%): The more openings, the better.
    • Job Growth (30%): Is the field growing?
    • Salary (20%): Above the median wage? That’s a plus. The median annual wage in 2023 was about $48,060.
