    The French company, famous for those super-expensive Birkin bags, just had a killer year. Sales are up, way up. What’s a company to do?

    Hermès is giving each of its 25,000+ employees a bonus. How much? A cool 4,500 euros. That’s around $4,723.

    Not bad, right?

    “We are celebrating an excellent year, in a tougher environment,” said Executive Chairman Axel Dumas.

    The numbers don’t lie. Fourth-quarter sales hit 4 billion euros. That’s $4. 1 billion. Overall revenue for 2024? A whopping 15. 2 billion euros ($15. 9 billion)!

    Sharing the Wealth

    Hermès isn’t keeping all that success to themselves.

    The company said it’s committed to sharing the “fruits of growth. ” Hence, the bonus for everyone who makes it happen every day.

    This isn’t a new thing. Hermès has been giving bonuses for at least five years.
